These terms cover your use of All Creatures Store and any order you place through it. By shopping here you agree to them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have sent you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before charging anything further, and refund any amount already taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store's currency and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you pay. Card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page and are never stored by us.
Delivery
We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Please check the address carefully, since a parcel sent to an address you gave us is treated as delivered.
Returns and problems
If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the period stated on your order confirmation. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Product information
Product descriptions, images and suitability notes are provided as a guide. Always read the manufacturer's label and instructions before use, especially for food, treats and anything intended for a particular species.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the shop: no attempting to access other customers' data, no automated scraping, no fraudulent orders, and no use of the site for an unlawful purpose.
Liability
The shop is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, All Creatures Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
