What we collect

Order details. When you buy something we record the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you enter at checkout, along with the items you ordered and the amount paid. We need this to fulfil and support your order.

Payment. Card and payment details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number. We keep only a reference to the transaction and its status.

Messages. If you use the contact form we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.

Usage data. We collect basic information about how the shop is used, such as which pages are visited, to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and questions, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the shop running. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the shop: our hosting and database platform, the payment provider that processes your payment, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. Each one receives only what it needs for its part of the job.

Keeping it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and support. Contact messages are kept only until the conversation is resolved.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. If you have an account, you can delete it at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will post the updated version here with a new date.
